At the start of any major project we prepare a detailed Construction Logistics Plan that is specific to every Project to ensure every Project program encounters little to no gridlock in the process.

We are aware that effective Logistics can significantly improve efficiency and productivity and we understand the difficulties of working on major projects in inner city areas and the restrictions imposed by the various authorities, that's why we work with various authorities and councils to ensure every factors is considered and adequate knowledge and measures are implemented and in place before, during the duration of the project.
