We understands Construction Logistics is more than just haulage and storage of goods but creating a detailed Construction Logistics Plan that covers all aspects of the project from start to finish i.e from the planning, implementation control of supply chain resources and work force from the point of origin, such as raw material and procurement of workforce to the point of destination and the management of all this process from start to finish, thereby removing the logistics burden from the Principal contractor to concentrate on the day to day running the Project.

We believe in the philosophy of too many cooks spoil the broth that is having as less men on a task by using more multi qualified and multi skilled contractors that’s is specific to the project at hand as to having too many contractors doing the same task which in many case can be less effective and productive creating more unnecessary risk and hazards.
