Effective and efficient delivery and material management is an essential part of the day-to-day Logistical Management of any construction project. We effectively co-ordinate and implement a projects delivery and material management strategy, to ensure that all required vehicles and deliveries are successfully pre-planned, accommodated for and accepted in an efficient manner.

The successful storage of materials is also a key factor and the production of a project specific deliveries and materials management plan.

This plan is issued to all contractors to communicate and provide the essential information required to demonstrate to contractor’s daily delivery schedules. To achieve this, we incorporate the following the key areas when producing a delivery management strategy:

• Planning – Vehicles, materials and routes
• Getting vehicles to the project, correct gate and to the right destination as      quickly and seamlessly as possible
• Dispersal - The safe and efficient management      and removal of vehicles from the project.
